PASSENGERS on a bus to Bromsgrove were left shaken after the vehicle crashed with a flatbed van.
The collision, which involved a Diamond number 42 service, happened at the junction of Kidderminster Road and Perryfields Road just after 9am on Friday (November 3).
Both vehicles were badly damaged in the crash, which caused the bus's entire windscreen to fall out onto the road.
Bus passenger Lewis Barber said: "Luckily the bus driver applied his brakes early on or it could have been a different story.
"There were no serious injuries but plenty of minor ones. An elderly lady had hurt her knees, the bus driver himself hurt his hand and my back, knees and neck are aching as a result as well.
"I was lucky enough for a very kind resident to offer me a lift to Stourbridge, where I was heading for my apprenticeship, otherwise I would have been stranded."
Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the scene, where West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed a woman in her 20s was treated for knee pain.
No one required hospital treatment.
