A MAN has been taken to hospital after suffering a medical incident behind the wheel in Bromsgrove.
The collision took place at the junction of Church Lane and Kidderminster Road just after 8 am on Monday, June 20.
Paramedics treated a man at the scene before he was taken to Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.
A second person was treated for minor injuries.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 8:05 am to reports of a two-car RTC at the junction of Church Lane and Kidderminster Road in Bromsgrove.
“We sent one ambulance and a paramedic officer to the scene.
“We treated a man at the scene, who’s believed to have suffered a medical incident at the wheel and he was conveyed to the Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.
“A second patient was treated for minor injuries and discharged on scene.”
