A road has been closed following reports of a vehicle fire along the main road between Redditch and Bromsgrove.
Emergency services are in attendance after a vehicle caught fire at around 2.45pm on the A448 Bromsgrove Highway heading towards Redditch near the Headless Cross junction.
The Headless Cross junction has now been closed whilst emergency services are dealing with the incident.
People are being asked to avoid the area.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to a report of a car on fire on the Bromsgrove Highway in Redditch at around 2.45pm this afternoon (February 21).
"No injuries were reported. The road remains closed while the road is made safe."
