PUPILS at a Bromsgrove school enjoyed festive fun with residents from local homes.
More than 60 residents from five residential homes across the county attended a tea and carols event held at Housman Hall - Bromsgrove School's sixth form boarding house.
Pupils arranged for a number of games to be played at the event, held on December 10, including bingo.
The event was organised through the Worcester Road-based school's Bromsgrove Service programme that involves upper fourth pupils through to the sixth form.
Students take part in the service as part of their Duke of Edinburgh award, encouraging the youngsters to get out a make a difference in the community.
Jackie Golightly, from the school’s programme, said: “This annual event is a superb way for our pupils to interact and join in with the local community.
"Staff, pupils and residents enjoyed getting to know each other with festive games and traditional carols accompanied by our school choir.”
