PATRICIA MARIA SMITH Passed away peacefully on Monday 9th March 2020, aged 87 years old at The Lawns Nursing Home, Kempsey. Much loved mother to Graham and Peter, mother in law to Sue and Carol, and Grandmother to Tom, Helen and Laura. A Service will take place at 11:30am Thursday 2nd April 2020 at Sacred Heart RC Church, Worcester Road, Droitwich followed by a Committal at Worcester Crematorium at 1:00pm. All are welcome to both services. Please join the family afterwards in the Church Hall at Sacred Heart to celebrate and remember Pat's life. In memory of Pat we invite mourners to wear a touch of lilac or purple.
