HEINZ-SIODLACZEK (nee Craddock) Simone Passed away of liver cancer at the Primrose Unit, Princess of Wales Hospital on 2nd May 2021, aged 63. She will be missed by Nadine, Christian and Mike. A wonderful carer of people and animals. A private cremation will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium. No flowers please, but donations to a cancer charity if desired.
