EASTHOPE Patricia Margaret 'Pat' Passed away on 8th September 2021, aged 91 years. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service at St Peter's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday 6th October at 10:15am. Donations to The Stroke Association may be gifted on the day.
