UNEMPLOYMENT has risen in Bromsgrove.
The latest statistics show 470 people were out of work in August, up 60 from the same time last year.
There were 65 18-to-24-year-olds out of work in August, which is an increase of 20 from last year.
But the figures still represent a huge drop in unemployment from 2010, when 1,360 people were unemployed in August, including 410 18-24-year-olds.
