SIX brave employees from an electricians in Upton Warren are marking the firm's 40th birthday by taking a leap of faith for Primrose Hospice.

Barrie Beard Ltd staff Jimmy Tonks, Sarah Harrod, Nick Godfrey, Thomas Gwinnett, Matt Tongue and Mark Smith aim to raise £2,5000 by taking on a parachute jump from 10,000ft, reaching up to 120mph, on Saturday, September 22.

Warren Beard, managing director at Barrie Beard Ltd, said “We are incredibly proud of all six and we will support them all the way down from 10,000ft to landing back safely at the airfield. Good Luck Team BB!”
