LIBERAL Democrat candidate for Bromsgrove Dr David Nicholl is to host two further Q&A evenings before the General Election on December 12.
There will be 'An Evening with David Nicholl' at the King Arthur pub in Hagley on Tuesday, December 3 and also at The Red Lion pub in Alvechurch on Thursday, December 5.
Local voters turned out in large numbers to the first such event at Barnt Green Baptist Church on Wednesday, November 27.
A packed hall quizzed the Parliamentary candidate on his party’s policies and his own plans to revitalise Bromsgrove.
The discussion included both national and local topics such as the need for better local transport and road infrastructure, the need for housing and the preservation of the Green Belt around our villages, as well as local education funding and Brexit.
Consultant neurologist Dr Nicholl also spoke of the problems being experienced by the NHS such as staff shortages and long-term underfunding.
