A MAN from Kidderminster has been fined after driving a car without a licence or insurance.
Cameron Nicholson of Fountain Court drove a Ford Fiesta on Mart Lane, Stourport on Severn without the relevant documents.
The 19-year-old was fined £160, ordered to pay £110 in costs and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
Meanwhile a 28-year-old man drove a Ford Transit in Hopwood without insurance.
Kieron Goodall of Balfour Street, Burton-on-Trent drove the motor on A441 when he did not have appropriate control.
The 28-year-old was fined £880, disqualified from holding a licence for six months and ordered to pay £110 in costs and a victim surcharge of £66.

A man from Kidderminster has been fined for drug driving.
Kieran Garbett of Stourbridge Road drove an Audi on Comberton Hill whilst exceeding the specified limit for cannabis.
The 25-year-old was fined £230, disqualified from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay £60 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
A 27-year-old man has been handed a community order after assaulting an individual by beating in Rubery.
Ian Handy of Tuckford Road, Weoley Castle committed the offence whilst serving a suspended sentence, so has received an increased sentence of a 26-week jail term suspended for 24 months.
He was fined £20 and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
