A NEW housing development in Bromsgrove has won a prestigious property award and has been crowned ‘a great place to live.’

Barratt Homes’ Norton Farm development on Birmingham Road has been awarded the silver category in this year’s Great Place awards.

All homes on the site were snapped up last year, a percentage of which are affordable.
