A HOTEL in Bromsgrove has closed to the public for the second time in a year.
Holiday Inn in Kidderminster Road is currently closed to the public and no bookings can be made throughout January.
The hotel, run by IHG, closed in June last year to become a quarantine base for travellers returning from red list countries.
Many weddings, overnight stays and meetings were cancelled.
Katie Carr was due to have her wedding reception at Holiday Inn on July 16 but was contacted by the hotel on June 18 to inform her the venue 'will be used as a Covid quarantine hotel with immediate effect'.
It reopened in October but has closed yet again just over two months later.
IHG refused to comment as to why the hotel was closed.
A spokesperson said: “We won’t be able to share any information or comment with you due to guest and booking confidentiality."
