ANOTHER of Bromsgrove Sporting's top players has left the club following the conclusion of the 2021/22 season.
Midfielder Josh Quaynor, a Bromsgrove lad, has spent the past four seasons with Sporting and joins fellow midfield maestro Nathan Hayward as departing the Victoria Ground.
Quaynor, 30, said on Twitter: "So many great memories with Sporting. The club will always be in heart and I want to thank everyone involved as it will be remembered as my best time of my football career.
"I want to wish them all the best for the future but on a personal note it’s a new challenge that I need in my life."
He will be a player that many of the top non-league clubs would be interested in as he still has plenty to offer at Step 3 level.
Former Bromsgrove manager, Bren Kelly, said: "What a servant. All the best for your next challenge bud, thanks for everything whilst you played for me."
And someone who used to play with Quaynor at Bromsgrove, Worcester City's Aaron Roberts, also commented: "Another big loss to an already struggling side. Class playing with you there and then watching you boys do well after. Good luck at your next team big dog."
