A BROMSGROVE retail site is set to go under the hammer at auction this September.
The property at 6-8 Church Street includes a parade of two ground-floor shops and a further part ground and first-floor office in a prominent town centre location.
It is listed for Bonde Wolfe’s next auction at 9 am on Thursday, September 15, with a guide price of £235,000+.
The combined properties, which are being offered jointly with agents GJS Dillon, extend to approximately 1,323 sq ft and are all fully let.
James Mattin, managing director agency at Bond Wolfe, said: “Church Street feeds off the High Street in Bromsgrove and has good parking nearby.
“It is in Bromsgrove’s main retail and office town centre surrounded by a wide range of shops and services.”
The tenants include Macintyre Charity, K Bassam Jewellers, and Nhance Beauty, producing a total annual rental income of £23,500.
