ANOTHER Costa Coffee drive-thru could be coming to Bromsgrove.
Plans have been submitted for a drive-thru coffee shop on land next to the Topaz Business Park on A38 Birmingham Road.
If the proposal is passed 26 car parking spaces including two disabled spaces and three electric vehicle charging spaces will also be created.
A statement accompanying the planning application notes: “The proposed development will provide a key amenity and enhance already well-connected routes in around the Midlands.
“The current site offers additional visitor car park spaces to the existing business unites which is surrounded by landscaped areas.”
Access is proposed from the existing access road off Birmingham Road to the Topaz Business Park.
Currently, there is only one Costa Coffee shop open in Bromsgrove which is situated on the High Street.
Plans were passed last year for a drive-thru on Morrisons car park, Buntsford Park Road which is hoped to open soon.
