A Bromsgrove takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
James Fast Food, a takeaway at 160 New Road, Rubery was given the score after assessment on November 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
At the time of assessment, food safety officers found 'generally satisfactory standards across all areas inspected which were hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety.
It means that of Bromsgrove's 75 takeaways with ratings, 50 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
Businesses are rated from zero to five for their food hygiene with zero meaning urgent improvement is required, one meaning major improvement is necessary, two meaning some improvement is necessary, three meaning generally satisfactory, four meaning good and five meaning hygiene standards are very good.
Food hygiene ratings can be found online and on stickers that are displayed on business premises.
