Motorists in Worcestershire will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• M5, work began on February 21 last year and is expected to end at 6am on Monday, March 27 2023, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound and southbound, junction 6 to junction 7, Lane closures with speed restriction for barrier renewal.
And one more closure will begin over the next seven days:
• A38, from 9pm Wednesday, February 8 to 6am Friday, February 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 both directions, junction 7 to junction 8, Lane and carriageway closure for barriers works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
