AN OPEN day to showcase a development of luxury million-pound homes in Belbroughton is set to raise funds for a heart warming cause.
Horgan Homes will make a donation for every show home viewing undertaken during its event on February 11 to the cardiac unit at Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital.
The Valentine-themed public launch will showcase the four single-storey contemporary properties in the second phase of Horgan Homes’ Manor Gardens development near Belbroughton.
The homes in the gated community are on the market for £1.495m.

Horgan Homes director Sophie Horgan said: “As a Midlands-based business, we know what exceptional work the team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital does so it seemed only right – as we’re encouraging potential buyers to fall in love with their new home at Manor Gardens – to use this an opportunity to raise money for the cardiac unit, in keeping with the heart and love theme.

“These homes really do offer something completely different and meet the key criteria that homebuyers want at the moment including flexible living spaces, sustainable features, energy efficiency and a contemporary style.
“These properties also offer longevity as they’re all one level, so they are futureproofed too.”
The open day will run from 11am to 4pm and visitors will be able to view the show home and additional properties.
