A NEW Indian restaurant has opened its doors in Bromsgrove promising good food and a positive vibe.
Tamarind Club, which opened to the public last week, is the second restaurant in Worcestershire owned by Muhammad Chowdhury.
The new restaurant was previously Spice Valley Balti which closed last year.
However, Muhammad promises a new menu and interior complete with the new name.
He said: “We have another restaurant in Tunbridge Wells.

“My uncle Hassan Chowdhury, who is from Bromsgrove is managing the restaurant with me.
“We want people to support us and serve local people.
“The restaurant is at a standard that Bromsgrove deserves and expects.
“There is big potential in the area.”
Diners can bring their own alcoholic drinks for the foreseeable until a full premises licence has been granted by the council, said Muhammad.
Tamarind Club was formally opened by Cllr Rod Laight, chairman of Bromsgrove District Council on Wednesday, February 8.
