PLANS have been submitted to demolish a former car dealership in Hagley and build four homes.
The former Hagley Specialist Cares on Worcester Road has not been used for many years and had outline planning permission for six homes which was then changed to five homes.
However, the planning permission has since expired and a fresh application has been submitted.

A design and access statement accompanying the planning application states: “The proposal represents a sustainable development in a significant settlement that will contribute to housing supply.
“It will deliver the redevelopment of a brownfield site in an urban environment that will greatly improve the visual appearance and amenity.
“The design, site layout, character and appearance are all judged to be satisfactory and accord fully with the requirements of the extant outline planning permission.”
