A SMELL of burning has been coming from a property in Droitwich - but no one can locate where it is coming from.
Two fire crews were called to Friar Street on March 12 and searched the building.
Both crews were unable to identify the source after a thorough check using thermal image cameras.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “HWFRS was called out to Friar Street, Droitwich, to smell burning in a building at 8.11pm on Sunday.
“Two crews from both Droitwich and Worcester Fire Stations attended, including the aerial ladder platform from Worcester.
“The smell of burning in a first-floor corridor dissipated and crews were unable to identify the source after a thorough check of the building involving thermal image cameras."
Fire crews left the issue with the building’s caretaker.
