A RUBERY business has been praised by police after a crash over the Easter weekend.
On Saturday, April 8, police were called to reports of a crash on Callowbridge Road.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene with his female passenger towards Callowbrook Lane leaving the vehicle wreckage and an injured person.
Police have thanked Nicks Garage on New Road for volunteering to help officers clear the road after the crash.
They towed one vehicle away and moved another vehicle so the road could be reopened.
