POPULAR splash parks across Worcestershire are preparing to reopen for the summer season.
Splash pads and water parks provide a great fun way to cool off on a hot summer's day.
They often are cheap and mostly free to attend, making them ideal for the whole family.
We have gathered the opening dates and times for splash and water parks across Worcestershire.
Gheluvelt Splashpad, Worcester
This popular splash pad opened on April 15 and will remain open from 11am to 4pm until July 21.
From July 22 to September 4, the splash pad will be open from 11am to 6pm and revert to being available from 11am to 4pm between September 5 and 30.
The splash pad will then close between October and March.
Droitwich Lido Park, Droitwich Spa
The splash pad for this park will officially open on Saturday, April 30, between 10am to 6pm.
It will be open seven days a week.
Abbey Park - Evesham
Abbey Park in Evesham has finally opened its doors after a £330,000 investment project into the water parks.
It officially opened on Thursday (27 April).
It will be open daily from 10am to 6pm until September.
Brinton Park Splashpad - Kidderminster
The splash pad in Brinton Park is reopening next on Saturday, May 6, just in time for the bank holiday weekend.
Over the winter months, the Wyre Forest District Council carried out maintenance work, including repairing the floor.
It will be open between 11am -2pm and 3pm – 5pm daily.
It is closed between 2pm for an hour for cleaning and safety checks.
