A FORMER hospital and commercial building, dating back to 1838, has been transformed into 10 luxurious apartments in a multi-million-pound development.
Chairperson of Bromsgrove District Council, Cllr Sam Ammar, officially opened Bartleet House, a Grade II listed building situated on Birmingham Road in Bromsgrove.
Spanning three storeys, the apartments feature high ceilings, large sash windows, off-road parking, EV charging points, and high-end specifications throughout.
The properties, which are a mixture of two and three-bedroom apartments, are now listed for sale on the open market, with Midlands-based land and property agency Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK) handling the sales.
SBK’s associate director, Nik Kyriacou said: “We are very proud to be acting on the sale of this beautiful historic building and cannot wait to begin offering the stunning properties out to the excited buyers who waited patiently waiting for the open day.”
