A MAN has been reported by police after being caught speeding on the motorway in heavy rainfall.
The driver had reached speeds of up to 130mph on the M5.
A spokesperson from West Mercia Police said the driver had been reported and can explain his actions to the court.

The spokesperson added: "Stopped a car on the M5 earlier being driven at speeds of up to 130mph in heavy rain."
