NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to five establishments in and around Bromsgrove, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Five-star ratings have been handed to Attwell Farm Park at Seafield Farm, Seafield Lane, Portway, The Court Leet Hungry Horse at Worcester Road, Bromsgrove, and The Hopwood House at Redditch Road, Alvechurch.

Takeaway Chung Ying at Station Road, Wythall and Greggs on New Road, Rubery, have also received top marks following inspections last month.

A rating of five means hygiene standards are very good, four means hygiene standards are good, three means hygiene standards are generally satisfactory, two means some improvement is necessary, a rating of one means major improvement is necessary and a rating of zero means urgent improvement is required.
