AVONCROFT CC picked up seven valuable Crusader Worcestershire League Division Two points in Saturday's losing draw at home to Bewdley.
Batting first, the visitors made a massive 289-8 thanks to skipper Simon Mauger, who top scored with 85, Simon Smith (60) and Matt Cowdrey (57).
Croft's reply was cut short because of the weather. They managed 153-5 from 30 overs, with Dave James hitting an unbeaten 80.
Croft make the short trip to Romsley and Hunnington on Saturday.
