THE OpSnap figures for August and September have revealed more than 270 prosecutions for dangerous driving.
As part of Operation Snap, members of the public can report and submit digital footage showing potential traffic offences via a secure online form.
In August, 399 submissions led to 114 prosecutions, and 358 submissions led to 157 prosecutions in September, making a total of 271.
This equates to a 35.8 per cent prosecution rate across both months.
There were 178 letters of advice given in August and 125 in September. There were also 106 cases that required no further action in August and 76 in September.
