THIS year’s free lights trail event at Sanders Park in Bromsgrove is set to be “more immersive than ever” as new details are announced.
Interactive features such as a video wall, mirror ball lights and lasers will be included in the trail which takes visitors around the trail in the park.
Bromsgrove District Council which is hosting the lights trail has collaborated with a leading events company to secure the special effects.
A host of festive characters, fairies and Christmas Elves will be waiting to meet and greet everyone as they make their way round the trail.
The council’s portfolio-holder for leisure, councillor Steven Colella, said: “We have two marvellous events with the Bromsgrove and Rubery switch-ons so I am delighted that the free festivities continue with the lights trail.
“It promises to be more immersive than ever and is part of this Council’s aim to provide free fun for all the family.”
In addition to the new and improved trail, residents will also be able to enjoy street food, funfair rides and live entertainment at the trail which is open on December 2 from 6pm until 9pm.
