Lucky residents caught a glimpse of the Flying Scotsman this morning (Wednesday, December 13) as it made its way through Bromsgrove.
The famous locomotive started its journey in Cambridge before travelling through the town at around 11.30am on its way to Worcester.
The steam train also passed through Droitwich as it prepared for a four-hour long stay at Worcester Shrub Hill.
Excited residents took to social media to share their thoughts on the famous visit.
One resident, Tony Kenny, said: "Such a great day for us locally."
Another resident, Elizabeth Llewellyn, added: "We saw this pass by, by chance a couple of years ago. It's lovely to see."
The 60103 Flying Scotsman celebrated its 100th anniversary this year after it first entered service on February 24, 1923.
Tickets for adults travelling on the train cost between £345 for premier and £165 for standard.
Residents will also get the chance to spot the locomotive on its return journey back from Worcester where it is set to pass through Bromsgrove again at 4.06pm.
