BROMSGROVE'S School Drive car park will be closed for one week to allow for improvement works to be carried out.
From today (Monday, February 5), the council’s Minor Work’s Team will be onsite to replace the height barrier and due to the location of the entrance of the car park, will need to block off both sides of the barrier to complete the work.
The car park will be closed all week, during the daytime and overnight, due to the equipment needed to replace the height barrier. Access will be provided for visitors to Bromsgrove Methodist Church, but they will be asked to wait at the entrance of the car park before being safely escorted through the site.
Alternative car parks are available nearby in the town centre. For a full map of town centre car parks, see www.bromsgrove.gov.uk/parking.
