The community came together at the weekend as hundreds of youngsters marched through Bromsgrove in celebration of St George's Day.
The Bromsgrove Scouts took to the streets for their annual St George's Day parade on Saturday (April 20) as the town marked the special occasion.
The parade started at 1pm from the Housman Statue on High Street with the group making their way towards Argos and heading towards the Artrix via High Street, Stratford Road and School Drive.
Residents came out to show their support as the event was hailed a huge success.
In a post on Facebook, a spokesperson for Scouts Bromsgrove said: "Wow what can we say. We are so proud of all who attended today. You were all brilliant. A huge thank you to 6th Bromsgrove for a brilliant performance.
"Thank you to all who attended, to our team who worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth running, to the Artrix and volunteers for hosting us. To our special Guests for attending and the Cadet Core for leading our parade."
In a similar post following the event, a spokesperson for the Artrix said: "Nothing makes us happier than seeing our incredible community getting involved with us."
The Scouts held the event in advance of St George's Day on Tuesday, April 23 and previously urged people to come and support the parade.
