A criminal damage charge against the former Redditch United manager has been dropped.
Matt Clarke, aged 50, of Turntable Avenue, Bromsgrove, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He was previously charged with criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 but the CPS have now confirmed that they have dropped the charge.
The criminal damage charge has also been dropped against his co-defendants, Harnaik Malhi, aged 44, from Quinton, Birmingham, and Keller Preece, aged 26, from Hereford, who face the same charges.
Preece has also been charged with common assault of an emergency worker.
Last week, Matt Clarke "stepped down with immediate effect" as manager of the men's first team at Redditch United.
His case has been adjourned for a pre-trial review on Friday, June 21.
