POLICE are appealing for information after two children were attacked in a park - with the incident being recorded on phones.

The assault happened in Callowbrook Park in Rubery on Wednesday (May 29) at around 6.50pm.

On West Mercia Police's Neighbourhood Matters page, police volunteer Philip Payne said: "The two children, aged 10 and 14 years, were set upon by youths aged around 13 to 14 years of age, one was wearing bright yellow trainers - the youths that carried out the assault recorded the incident on their phones".
