A William Shakespeare classic will be performed at an open air venue in Bromsgrove.
Julius Caesar will be performed on Wednesday, June 26 at 7pm at the Avoncroft Museum.
Touring theatre company Oddsocks Productions is returning to the venue as part of a national tour.
The company, which has toured both nationally and internationally for 35 years, will bring its unique family-friendly, laugh out loud adaptation of the Shakespeare classic.
The show will tell the tale of egotistical emperor Caesar, who is gripping on to power by the skin of his teeth as he deals with liberal senators causing him "stabbing pains", and Rome in chaos.
Actors/directors Andy Barrow and Elli Mackenzie, who are also husband and wife, lead the family-run theatre company, and are set to both appear in the production.
The show will last two hours, including an interval.
Gates will open at 6pm and the show will go ahead in all but the worst weather, so bring appropriate clothing, seating and a picnic.
Notably, the Romans once used a Bromsgrove route, which is now being restored by Worcester County Council.
The Stage said the production had "great comic timing and superb slapstick", while audience described it as "absolutely brilliant".
