Thieves raided a fish and chip shop for cash in Hagley over the weekend.
West Mercia Police said the incident happened at a shop on Worcester Road between the premises being locked up on Saturday evening (June 1) and reopening on Monday (June 3).
The offender or offenders gained entry to the site by drilling out rear door locks and stealing some cash.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing to the community for information following a burglary at the chip shop on Worcester Road in Hagley
"Did you see anything suspicious or have any information that might help enquires?
"Please get in touch with us by calling 101 or visiting the Force web page ‘Tell us about it’ at www.westmercia.police.uk quoting incident number 00127/1/03062024."
