Sixth-form students have been fostering their intellectual curiosity with a range of guest speakers and activities.
Lower sixth (L6) students at Bromsgrove School took part in Lecture Week, with the aim of offering practical insights across a broad range of subjects, including cyber security and artificial intelligence.
One of the standout talks of the week was given by a detective from the cyber security division of the police force.

The detective discussed the challenges and techniques in tackling cybercrime, offering L6 students an overview of the evolving landscape of cyber threats.
Students also had a talk from Catherine Goodwin, owner of leading marketing firm We Are Alp.
She centred her talk around the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing and the ethical considerations it brings.
The students then engaged in a lively discussion packed with thought-provoking ideas.
Alongside the in-house lectures, students also embarked on a walking tour of Birmingham's architecture, exploring styles such as modernism, brutalism, and blobism, while also viewing several landmarks such as The Cube, Birmingham Library, The Rotunda, and The Selfridges building.
