THUNDER and lightning are on the way as heavy rain is expected to pound Worcestershire for two days, Met Office experts predict.
The area affected by today's weather warning now covers the whole of Worcestershire (rather than just the western part of the county) with a second day of heavy rain predicted for the county tomorrow.
The risk of torrential thundery downpours will increase, particularly later in the day and into this evening.
Further heavy downpours are expected this evening with thunder and lightning possible.
Tomorrow it will be largely cloudy through the morning with the odd bright spell and shower although it will brighten up through the afternoon with increasingly frequent sunny spells and just 'isolated hefty showers'.
