A care home in Bromsgrove has been rated 'good' following its latest inspection.
Care UK's Chandler Court on Recreation Road received an overall 'good' rating in an unannounced inspection from the CQC.
The report highlighted the positive sentiments expressed by residents, relatives and visiting professionals towards the home and its team members with one resident saying they "couldn't be in a better place".
Inspectors praised the team for their care and said: "The atmosphere within the service was welcoming and relaxed. Staff had positive and caring relationships with the people they were supporting."
The CQC also highlighted that residents were "supported to maintain relationships and networks important to them and to see friends and family."
Lilly Dahms, home manager at Chandler Court, said: "Everyone has contributed to making Chandler Court an unparalleled place to live and work and this rating stands as a testament to everyone's dedication to brightening each resident's day.
"Our commitment to delivering high-quality care is unwavering, and we are proud to see this endorsement from the CQC. We believe that every resident deserves the best possible care and support, and this rating confirms our ongoing efforts to meet and exceed these standards.

Inspectors also observed team members showing kindness and respect whilst interacting and engaging with residents and having meaningful conversations about their lives and experiences.
There is an abundance of regular activities at the home tailored to residents, including visits from local singers, baby and toddler groups and animals as well as an established relationship with Bromsgrove School and the nearby church.
The management of the home has also been praised by the team and inspectors.
