Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest have issued an update following the news that another local branch is set to close.
Age UK BRWF said they were "extremely saddened" by the announcement that Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire will be closing later this month.
The charity said the news will not affect Age UK BRWF which is a separate branch of the Age UK network and will be remaining open.
In a statement Amanda Allen, CEO of Age UK BRWF, said: "At Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest we are extremely saddened by the announcement that Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire will be closing at the end of this month.
"Although we are all independent, self-funding charities, we are members of the Age UK network and as local partners, we share the collective aim of working to support older people living in Worcestershire.
"As this announcement demonstrates, these are extremely challenging times for charities, with increasing demand for services combined with increasing financial pressures.
"Whilst we are not immune from these challenges, I want to reassure the North Worcestershire community that Age UK BRWF is continuing as the local Age UK for Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest and that we will have no plans to change any of the services that we deliver.
"We offer our full support to the Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire staff, volunteers and service users during these extremely difficult times."
