Police have been conducting speed checks in Bromsgrove following concerns from local residents.
Bromsgrove Police said they have been conducting speed surveys in Charford with a particular focus on Austin Road.
Officers said the goal is not about issuing tickets but to ensure the safety of all drivers and pedestrians in the area following a number of concerns from the community.
They have also thanked the community for their support.
In a post on Facebook, Bromsgrove SNT said: "PC Harris and PC Hollingsworth have been out conducting speed surveys around Charford, particularly focusing on Austin Road, following concerns from local residents. Our goal is to ensure the safety of all drivers and pedestrians in the area.
"This isn’t about issuing tickets, but about keeping our community safe. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
"Please remember to watch your speed and adhere to the posted limits. Stay safe out there."
