A 15-year-old boy has been charged following a stabbing in Northfield.
West Midlands Police were called to the junction of Frankley Beeches Road and A38 Bristol Road South, at around 12.50am on Monday (November 18).
He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but is now in a stable condition.
A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with attempted murder.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Thursday).
A second teenager, aged 17, has been bailed pending further enquiries.
