A DRIVER wearing only a blue top indecently exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl in the Rock Hill area of Bromsgrove.
Police said the incident happened at around 5.40pm last Sunday. The girl was walking on Rock Hill in the direction of Bromsgrove when a man pulled up alongside her in a car. She glanced inside and was shocked to see he was wearing nothing from the waist down and quickly walked away.
The offender is described as white, aged around 40-years-old with a medium build and dark hair. The car was possibly a light blue Rover 25.
PC Dave Alsop, from Bromsgrove police, said: “We are appealing to anyone who saw this man or his car parked in the Rock Hill area early on Sunday evening to call us.”
Police are still appealing for information after a youth exposed himself to a young girl in Aston Fields, Bromsgrove, on September 4. They are, however, not linking the two incidents. The nine-year-old girl was walking in Drummond Road at around 6pm when the offender, on the opposite pavement, exposed himself to her.
He is described as white, about 17-years-old with shoulder length curly blond hair. He was wearing a pale yellow T-shirt, blue jeans with ripped holes and scruffy shoes, also said to have holes in them. He was talking on his mobile phone as the incident took place.
PC John Coleman, who is in charge of the case, said: “Our investigations are continuing and we believe there are likely to be other witnesses to this offence.” Anyone with information about either incident should call Bromsgrove police on 08457 444 888 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
