A BROMSGROVE father of two claims that Bromsgrove District Housing Trust is letting his family down.
Neil and Samantha Rowland, of Breakback Road, were moved from their home in Austin Road to get away from rowdy neighbours.
After just six months they claim that the same problem has occurred and their lives are a misery once again.
The 27-year-old, who has an 18-month-old son and a five-week-old baby daughter, said: “When we moved into Breakback Road it was peaceful for a while, but now the nuisance has started up all over again.
“I cannot believe that the housing trust went to the trouble of moving us, then within a few months moved the other noisy neighbours near us again.”
Mr Rowland said that in order to qualify for a move he had to prove that there was a serious problem. Now he is having to go through the whole process again.
Marie Green, head of community services at BDHT, said they moved the Rowland family last year in recognition of the anti-social behaviour they were experiencing, but denied that they had moved the perpetrators into their new block. “We provided extensive support to Mr and Mrs Rowland during their complaints, including helping them collate evidence and complete diary sheets,” she said.
“Following their recent complaints of loud music and door slamming at their new home, we have visited the property and also provided the family with named contacts and numbers for environmental health so that they can gain evidence which allows appropriate action to be taken.”
She said the trust needed evidence to ensure it did not persecute innocent tenants.
She added: “If a crime has been committed we would urge him to contact the police. If the police present to us with this evidence and a perpetrator we will of course taken action.”
