A TEENAGER from South Bromsgrove High School is hoping to raise more than the roof at her local church in Charford. Accomplished violinist, Charlotte Moseley, is taking part in a festival to help raise cash for St Andrew’s church on Saturday, October 11. The 15-year-old, together with local artist Leonie Marklew-Barrett, will be holding a mini-arts festival and concert at the church starting at 7.30pm. On display will be Leonie’s paintings and work done by the children of The Sugarbrook at St Andrew’s Playgroup and Charford First School in Bromsgrove. Tickets for the concert are £5 for adults and children either on the door or from St John’s parish office, which can be reached on 01527 878801 if you want more details.
