GARETH Welch and Joanne Butler were married at Clearwell castle, Forest of Dean, in a civil ceremony.

Gareth, from Alvechurch, is the oldest son of Sharon and Ken Welch, while Joanne, from Bradley Green, is the youngest daughter of Sheila and Ted Butler. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore an ivory full length dress with diamante details. She was accompanied by her best friend Julie Hawkes-Reeki and nephews Jamie, Ben and Sam Wheatcroft.

The best man was Neil Jonse.

The bride is a retail manager and the groom is a project manager.

The happy couple honeymooned in Kuala Lumpur and Borneo.
