NON-League clubs up and down the country will find out on Friday if they have been accepted to participate in the 2022/23 Emirates FA Cup.
The FA will publish a list of which clubs have been accepted for the cup, as well as the FA Vase and FA Trophy.
All being well, eight Worcestershire clubs will be on the list.
The likes of Kidderminster Harriers (National League), Alvechurch, Bromsgrove Sporting and Redditch United will be included in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy, whilst Malvern Town, Worcester City and Worcester Raiders are able to be involved in the FA Vase and FA Cup.
All clubs, from Premier League down to Step 5, have to apply for FA competitions by the March deadline.
There remains some doubt over whether or not Raiders will be involved in the FA Cup for the first time this season.
Raiders' owners Jason Whittingham and Colin Goldring also own League One side Morecambe, who will be involved in the FA Cup.
FA rules state “no person, company or business institution… may at any time be interested in more than one club” without “prior written consent".
Raiders state they are a members-only club and that they will be able to compete, providing they did indeed apply before the March deadline.
Sporting and Harriers enjoyed thrilling ventures into the main draw last season, whilst Worcester City have previously reached the second round of the competition back in 2014.
The draw for the preliminary rounds of the cup then takes place on July 8.
