Barnt Green resident 12-year-old Jake Jeff-Johnston has become the U12 British Junior Golf Tour Champion having competed in events all over the UK against 101 other talented juniors.

Jake, a member of the Bromsgrove Golf Academy, is now in his third year representing the U14 Worcestershire County Golf squad and was also part of the winning team in the 10 counties U14 championship never losing a game in all his county events during the 2023 season.

Jake now goes into his winter coaching and fitness programme ready for 2024.

To kick off his 2024 golf season, Jake has qualified to play in the World Championships (U14 category) in Spain, February 2024.
