Bromsgrove Sporting have announced their new full-time manager following the resignation of Paul Smith.
Scott Adey-Linforth, who was the club's interim boss following Smith's departure, has been promoted to first-team manager.
The Rouslers said that the decision was made after a thorough evaluation process to find the best candidate for the role.
The club expressed the importance of appointing someone who could seamlessly fit into their project and future plans.
A spokesman for Bromsgrove Sporting said: "We are pleased to announce that we have offered Scott Adey-Linforth, our current coach, the position of first-team manager."
The club praised Adey-Linforth's understanding of their "DNA" and his ability to galvanise the squad after the former manager's departure.
His role as a first-team analyst at Aston Villa, along with experience at Southern League Premier Division Central level at Stourbridge, was also acknowledged as a key factor for his appointment.
